Chinese couple detained for illegal operation

A Chinese couple are currently being detained by the Immigration department after they were found to be illegally operating a dental clinic in Nabua.
The man is on a work permit in the country, while his wife is on a visitors permit.
Director Immigration Nemani Vuniwaqa says the two are not allowed to operate any business in the country.
Vuniwaqa further adds the equipment found at the clinic is similar to those found at dental hospitals.
The Immigration department along with Police and the Health Ministry are currently at the Nabua property.
