SODELPA parliamentarians say they will stand by the decisions of their leader Ro Teimumu Kepa.
Kepa says she doesn’t know where the news came from that they were not getting along well within the party as well as with their Opposition partner, the National Federation Party.
“I think it’s common knowledge that we get on very well with NFP. We don’t have any issues at all either NFP or any of our other members.”
SODELPA parliamentarian Viliame Gavoka says there is no truth to the news of a split.
Ratu Isoa Tikoca says Kepa is the Leader of the Opposition or the alternative government and she will remain right through this democratic process.
National Federation Party leader, Professor Biman Prasad says he is not aware of any spilt or leadership struggle in SODELPA.
