Widespread concerns have been reported to the Land Transport Authority of overloading of busses especially school buses.

Callers to FBC’s Radio Fiji One Talk Back Show this morning complained of the hazard overloading creates.

One concerned parent stated that he has seen school busses so overcrowded that children were hanging out of the door and some were half out of windows.

The guest for the talk back show – LTA General Manager Joji Satakala has promised they will look into the complaints.

The LTA will be visiting villages in all the 14 Provinces to discuss the importance of road rules starting with Naitasiri next week.
