Police investigate farmers death

Police are investigating the death of a 78-year- farmer of Bua.

His body was found in his home at Nakelemoto settlement yesterday – by a 59-year-old fisherman who had gone there to buy Fijian tobacco.

According to police – the man saw someone wearing a mask and holding a cane knife jump out from the main entrance and disappear.

Investigations continue and anyone with information regarding this incident are urged to contact your nearest police station or community post.
