A third man has been charged in relation to the discovery of one hundred and seventy-nine M16 live centre fire cartridges in Lautoka.
47-year-old, Vijay Singh, is charged with being in possession of Arms and Ammunition without a license.
Singh has also been denied bail by the Lautoka Magistrates Court this afternoon just like his alleged accomplices Aiyaz Mussa and Naushad Ali.
Divisional Prosecuting Officer West ASP Anil Prasad asked the Court that Singh’s charge be amalgamated with the other two accused.
Prasad also told the court that police have wrapped up their investigations for the case.
Singh, who was arrested on Sunday, will remain in police custody until he appears again in court on 23rd January.
