A flood warning remains in force for the low lying areas and small streams adjacent to Rakiraki town and downstream of Rakiraki station.
A flood alert remains in force for low lying areas and small streams adjacent to other major rivers for the whole of Fiji.
This is coupled with a heavy rain warning in place for the whole of the country.
On the general weather situation, an active trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain remains slow moving over Fiji.
Meanwhile Tropical Disturbance 12F is currently over Tongan waters and is expected to affect the country from tomorrow, in particular over the Southern Lau group.
High tide is scheduled for 10.51am this morning with a peak of one point eight five meters.
