It’s believed one man involved in the BSP robbery yesterday has been arrested.
Early this morning, a team of officers swept into a residential area in Nasinu going house to house.
Residents in Rosi Street told FBC News they were visited by a team of police officers asking if they had seen anyone who looked suspicious.
Police officers are believed to have surrounded the area and closed in on the suspect after visiting each home.
Another resident who saw the operation says there were more than thirty officers and saw an arrest being made.
Police have refused to divulge any details at this stage.
A media briefing is scheduled for this afternoon where more information is likely to released.
