Vigil night held at Ratu Navula

A vigil was held last night at Ratu Navula College in memory of the two students and two former scholars who passed away during the deadly road accident in Nabou.

Ratu Navula Ex-Scholars Association Ratu Sailosi Raimoqe Dawai says that friends, former students and members of the public gathered last night at the school to remember those who had passed on.

Ratu Sailosi says that wreaths were laid with pictures of the students and candles were lit and a church service in memoriam was held.

According to Ratu Sailosi, it was a solemn night as those gathered mourned the passing of the students and ex scholars.

Josevati Saukuru and Marika Ravui were students of Ratu Navula while Atilai and Sanaila Ruitoka were ex-students.

Marika, Atilai and Sanaila will be buried tomorrow.
