Vodafone Flying Fijians rugby team prop Campese Ma’afu is not worried that he will be up against his fellow countrymen when Fiji takes on Tonga on Saturday.
The two countries clash in the Pacific Nations Cup in Lautoka and Ma’afu is not hiding from the fact that being part Tongan, he will be the centre of attention.
However, the Flying Fijian says all he knows is that he is Fiji rep.
“Every time I put on the white jersey it’s all or nothing. I do my best as I can for the Fijians, for the team, for the family and for the loyal fans out there.”
Ma’afu’s older brother Salesi, is former Australia rep, while younger sibling, Apakuka, has played sevens for Tonga.
The full Fiji team to take on Tonga is as follows:
Campese Ma’afu, Tuapati Talemaitoga, Manasa Saulo, Apisalome Ratuniyarawa, Leone Nakarawa, Dominiko Waqaniburotu, Malakai Ravulo, Akapusi Qera , Nikola Matawalu, Watisoni Votu, Nemani Nadolo, Adriu Delai, Sireli Bobo, Timoci Nagusa.
Reserves: Viliame Veikoso, Jerry Yanuyanutawa, Isei Colati, Apisai Naikatini, Nemani Nagusa, Nemia Kenatale, Waisea Nayacalevu, Metuisela Talebula.
