Former Fiji Football Association president Dr Shamshud-Dean Sahu Khan is still associated with the soccer in the region despite no affiliation with Fiji FA.
Oceania president, David Chung says Sahu Khan is not on any FIFA board but a legal adviser to his office.
“That’s where the confusion is, he is not on any board with FIFA. FIFA appointed him on a two-year contract as legal adviser to my office.”
Sahu Khan was disbarred from the legal bar in Fiji by the Independent Legal Services Commission.
Following that, his name was struck off by the New Zealand Law Society as well.
