Fiji Football chief executive Bob Kumar says no transfers have been completed or approved.
Kumar says Fiji FA has received applications and those applications will only be confirmed after the transfer window closes on July 15th.
Kumar says its too early to make claims on players.
There have been many confirmations by districts and many players are at loggerheads.
Rewa is holding back on four players who Labasa wants and one that Nasinu is after.
Kumar says all transfers will be confirmed in due time.
