Fiji FA to monitor clubs

Fiji Football Association will be very strict with the clubs taking part in the National Club Championship this weekend in Nadi and Suva.

Fiji FA Chief Executive, Mohammed Yusuf, says the clubs are expected to act by the law in-order to be part of NCC.

“Four more extra clubs that were nominated but we had to chop them away because they did not fulfill all the requirements. So this is very important that the competitions held in districts every player needs to fulfill the registration of player and registration of clubs.”

Meanwhile the pools have been drawn for both the Southern and Western Zone play-offs.

The championship will be held on this Saturday and Sunday at Prince Charles Park and at Fiji FA Academy Grounds in Suva.

Southern Zone Playoffs:
Group A: Kasavu FC, Lokia Landing FC, Bureta FC
Group B: Raymonds FC, Navuso Barbarians FC, League FC
Group C: Waidalice FC, Civic FC, Calia Eagles.

Western Zone Playoffs:
Group A: City United FC, 4R Electric FC, Blues FC
Group B: Rangers FC, Nailaga FC, Downtown FC
Group C: Service Sports Club, DCA Sports Club and Greenstar FC
