Evans to join Parramatta Eels

Vodafone Fiji Bati prop and former Sydney Roosters Kane Evans will join Jarryd Hayne and Salesi Fainga for the Parramatta Eels in the next NRL season.

Evans told FBC Sports that he is looking forward to a successful season with the Eels next year.

So I just finished my contract with the Sydney Roosters and I start with Parramatta Eels for the next season, that’ll be me Jarryd maybe if he goes and Junior Salesi Fainga his with Parramatta as well I just have a big couple of years with Parramatta for the next three years.

Evans is currently in the country after returning from the Rugby League World Cup.

Meanwhile, Parramatta Eels coach Brad Arthur says the Paramatta Eels can still sign Semi Radradra even with Jarryd Hayne’s arrival.

Arthur has declared his desire to bring another favourite son in Semi Radradra back to the club next season.
