Joint honours for DHL Impact Player in Dubai

Following the Dubai 7s last weekend, there are now two players leading the DHL Performance Tracker for 2018.

Returning from 15s duty in Super Rugby, former World Rugby Sevens Player of the Year Seabelo Senatla and Samoa’s Alamanda Motuga both finished up a total of 50 points with Scotland, Darcy Graham on 43.

Senatla scored seven tries to help his side win the Dubai 7s title.

Both Senatla and Motuga were equal on off-loads with seven points apiece.
Meanwhile, Fiji is pooled with Samoa, Canada and Wales in the Cape Town 7s this weekend.

Fiji will play Wales at 9.37pm Saturday, they will then meet Canada at 12.58am Sunday before taking on Samoa at 4.19am Sunday.

The quarter-finals will start at 11.04pm Sunday, semifinals at 3.34am next Monday while the final will be held at 6.44am next Monday.

Looking at the points table, South Africa is leading with 22 points, New Zealand is in second place with 19 points, and England is in third place with 17 points while Fiji is in fourth place with 15 points.
