Fiji Airways 7s coach Gareth Baber has made two changes to the side that won the Hong Kong tournament last month.
The squad sees the inclusion of Police winger Keponi Paul and Sevuloni Mocenacagi replacing Jasa Veremalua and Semi Kunatani who has returned to France for club commitments.
Baber has highlighted that Vatemo Ravouvou has been down with the flu and if he does not recover in time, Tabadamu playmaker Teri Tamani is on standby to replace him as the 13th player.
Baber says they are now challenging for the lead in the overall standings.
“Isake showed a good leadership in Hong Kong and as I have mentioned Keponi Paul is also in and Teri. You know it’s an important tournament for us and we want to win this one and beat South Africa and be in the first spot. Our goal is to finish on the position.”
Other regular players who are in the squad are Captain , Jerry Tuwai, Mesulame Kunavula, Josua Vakurinabili, Isake Katonibau, Kalione Nasoko, Paula Dranisinukula, Waisea Nacuqu, Amenoni Nasilasila, Vatemo Ravouvou, Eroni Sau, Alasio Naduva.
