More than hundred students of St Annes Primary School in Suva got to meet their Fiji Airways Flying Fijians rugby stars this morning.

The Flying Fijians side took a time off this morning visiting the school as part of their legacy program.

Loose Head Prop, Campese Ma’afu says it’s a great experience for them to spend time with the young students.

“Waking up this morning looking forward to a nice day-off doing nothing and just a little a bit on the maintenance of the body but we came along to this school what an experience.”

School Head Teacher, Sister Makarita Vakadranu says it was exciting to meet the rugby stars.

“Teachers, parents, students and friends please welcome our Flying Fijians team and just know that we’re so proud and honor to meet you face to face today.”

Meanwhile, Fiji battles Georgia at 3pm on Saturday at Suva’s ANZ Stadium before which Samoa takes on Tonga earlier at 1 pm in the second round of the Pacific Nations Cup.
